Canceled or Deactivated subscription

What is the difference?

If you decide to cancel a subscription (instead of pausing it), your subscription won't renew. However if you decide you want to retain the benefits of Enterprise-level support and regular Product and security updates, a subscription can be un-cancelled. You have until the renewal date to change your mind.

On the renewal date, a cancelled subscription become deactivated, and cannot be resumed or paused.
