When will I receive my license key?
License keys may be shown on-screen after checkout, though are always delivered by email immediately after purchase.

Payment by Wire Transfer
Wire transfers may take 3-5 business days to process after payment is received. If you have sent payment, but not received your license key, the most common reason is an incomplete or missing Customer Reference number.
Bank Trace
Fastspring can initiate a bank trace, but require the following:
- A scan or screenshot of the receipt or bank statement, including:

- Name of the account holder.
- Exact amount debited from the account.
- Description of the remitted funds.
- Date the amount was debited.
- Account name and number of beneficiary..
