Can I pay by check?
Yes - though please note Pay by check is available in USD for the United States and Canada only.
Please follow the directions below, and allow time for processing - our payment processor FastSpring requires payment to be made in full before a license key can be generated.
- Checks are deposited the day they are received in the mail (Monday through Friday).
- The order will be marked as complete and a confirmation email, along with your License Key, will be sent to the email you provided on your order.
- IMPORTANT: Please make sure all orders are clearly referenced. All checks MUST be made payable to "Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring."
- If an order remains marked Pending Payment, either FastSpring has not received the check or the check is missing information referencing the order (at which point FastSpring escalates the matter for manual research). If FastSpring is still unable to locate the order or cannot process the check, the check will be returned to the customer.
Please follow the steps below:
- Select the license type you require and the customization options
- Click the Buy License button
- Select the Invoice payment option. If this option is not available, please select the Wire Transfer option
- Enter your details, optionally adding your internal Purchase Order Number:
- Click the Generate Invoice button
- Select View Invoice
- The PO Number is displayed and can be edited until the payment method is selected
- The Pay With Check directions are shown below the Pay Now button:
- The invoice can be saved as PDF
