Iron Software Refund Policy

Confidence in Your Purchase

Iron Software wants customers to purchase with complete confidence knowing they've chosen the best product for their needs. To this end, Iron provides the following:

  • Products that may be tested for free in development.
  • Free trial keys for live deployment testing.
  • Full, 24/5 technical support from the engineers who built the product.
  • Extensive documentation, tutorials, code examples, and FAQs.

Eligibility for Refunds

Section 4 of the Iron Software EULA states "All fees and payments are non-refundable."

However, Iron Software currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases based on the following conditions:

  1. Product Issues: Issues, reported to our Support Team, that cannot be resolved within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Duplicate Purchase: Accidental purchases, for the same product from the same purchaser/company.

Exceptions to Refunds

  1. Beyond 30 Days: Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Customized Solutions: Customized solutions or services.
  3. Technical Support & Product Update Renewals: Renewals for existing subscriptions. To check your active subscriptions, see Manage Your Subscription.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Support: Contact the Sales Team at sales@ironsoftware.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the refund request.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  3. Approval: Refunds, if eligible, are returned to the original payment method.
  4. License Keys: License keys will be deactivated.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Activity

Any purchase or refund request that appears suspicious will be flagged and subject to the following actions:

  1. Review by Payment Processor: Suspicious transactions will be reported to our payment merchant for further investigation.
  2. Bank Notification: In cases where fraud is suspected, the details will be passed on to the sender’s bank for review.
  3. Reporting to Authorities: If applicable, fraudulent activities will be reported to the relevant authorities for further action.
